Because we understand how difficult it can be to get a ring size correct the first time, we offer the first resize free of charge, but with additional postage fee to be made.

Shipping and Delivery

Each piece is handmade by Hannah in her studio and can take up to 4 weeks to make depending if the piece is in stock. Please get in touch for further details about a specific piece and lead times.  All deliveries will be shipped using either 1st class Royal Mail Special delivery or 1st Class signed for depending which option is selected at checkout. A free 'collection from studio' option is also available for locals. You will be informed when your item is ready for delivery so you can make sure someone is in to sign for it. 

After the jewellery has left the studio, Hannah does not hold any responsibility for items that go missing in the post.  If your delivery has been delayed or goes missing, then please get in touch for your tracking number to enable you to locate it with Royal Mail.
Refunds or replacements of lost items cannot be made until 28 working days after the date of despatch; this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. We cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. Please always choose an address that can be safely signed for. Hannah Bourn cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit. Insurance 

Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations are accepted within one hour of purchase. Returns and refunds are generally not accepted, however on standard pieces you may request an exchange of the same amount or higher within 14 days of purchase if unworn and returned in brand new condition and in original packaging. This is only by agreement with Hannah.Any jewellery that has been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.

If goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement or refund following the return and examination of the original order. Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a fault occurs within the 6 months after delivery. International Jewellery

International shipping is calculated one a case by case depending on country and shipping times. If you are shipping abroad please make a note of this at the checkout so we can get in touch with you based on your shipping location. Delivery times may vary depending on country.

Please note delivery is subject to a product lead time. Personalised orders and bespoke pieces will take longer than usual. If you have an urgent order please email us jewellery@hannahbourn.com and she will do her best to get your piece ready in time.
